Please note: The staff will pray over prayer requests submitted after hours and send them out on the chain during the next business hours. Urgent requests will be sent out as soon as possible during off-hours. 

If you check no: only our Emmaus staff will be praying over each request. If you check yes: this request will go out to our church so we can join together in prayer for each other.
